Role Overview
This is a full time role based in our Dublin Clinic which is open Monday through Saturday. This role is ideal for a dynamic and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The role will include but is not limited to the following:
- Therapeutic Treatments: Carry out medical-grade facials, peels, and other non-invasive treatments.
- Laser Treatments: Provide advanced laser treatments with precision and expertise.
- Assist in Procedures: Support our doctors during various aesthetic procedures to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Assist in Minor Surgical Procedures: Set up, assist and aftercare to ensure best patient care throughout each step of the treatment
- Injectable Treatments: Administer specified injectable skin boosters
- Sales-Driven Patient Care: Educate and guide patients on suitable products and treatment courses, ensuring they achieve optimal results while fulfilling their aesthetic goals.
- Administrative Duties: To ensure all patient comms are delivered and maintained to a five-star standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations, ensuring patients feel supported and confident in their choice of treatment.
- Tailor treatment plans and recommend products and services to enhance patient outcomes.
- Build long-term relationships with patients by delivering outstanding care and follow-up.
- Actively promote and sell treatment packages and products.
- Maintain strict adherence to clinic protocols, including hygiene and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified and experienced Aesthetic Nurse with a strong background in laser treatments.
- Passion for aesthetics and commitment to patient care.
- A sales-driven mindset with the ability to confidently recommend products and treatments based on what the patient needs.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance technical expertise with patient trust, education and sales.
