Beacon Face & Dermatology are seeking a Skin Therapist to join on maternity cover in our busy Tralee clinic.
- We are seeking a therapist for Maternity Cover effective October 2024 through to March 2025
- This is a part time role, inclusive of Tuesdays and Wednesdays weekly, 9.30am – 5.30pm.
THE ROLE:
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone passionate about skin and aesthetics who is looking to gain experience in an industry leading Clinic. The role will give an interested candidate the opportunity to shadow Dr Clodagh and gain great insight into Aesthetic Medicine. This role of skin therapist during this tenure will include, but is not limited to the following:
- Carrying out treatments for patients as follows: Skin Consults, Medical Grade
- Facials, Chemical Peels among others
- Assisting and advising patients with skincare needs as part of all treatments
- Greeting patients, assisting with completion of photographs and consent forms
- Assisting Dr Clodagh in aesthetic treatments if needs be
- Compiling and recording medical notes and patient data
- Managing clinic stock
- Other office admin duties in conjunction with the clinic coordinator will apply
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least two years previous skin therapist experience is essential
- CIBTAC & CIDESCO certification essential
- Previous experience working in a five-star environment an advantage
- Experience preferable with the following treatments and brands; HydraFacial, SkinPen, Obaji, SkinCeuticals, Skin Better
- Must have excellent customer service skills and experience along with a solid understanding of service standard required to ensure a five star patient experience
- Proficient in IT, data entry and reporting skills
