Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your understanding in valuing the time of each of our practitioners as well as those on our waiting lists and as a result we would like to politely remind you of our Cancellation and Non-attendance Policy.

Our clinical team have set time aside for your care and a fee will therefore be charged upon non-attendance, lateness or cancellations with less than the required notice given.

When making a booking, a deposit will be taken to secure your booking and will go towards the cost of any treatment. If a deposit is not received for a booking, the clinic team reserve the right to cancel the booking. If a cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the appointment time, this is fully refundable.

Cancellation of an appointment with less than 48 hours notice may mean that we are unable to re-allocate the time to other patients and the following will apply:

  • In the instance of a cancellation within 48 hours if the treatment time or non-attendance, the deposit will be taken and is non refundable or transferable.
  • If your treatment is being covered by your insurance company, they will not cover cancellation and non-attendance fees. These fees will be the responsibility of the patient.
  • Clients who cancel late or have non-attendance two or more times in a 12 month period may be denied any future appointments.
