What is Secret Pro?

Secret PRO combines fractional CO2 and radiofrequency microneedling in a single device enabling skin resurfacing and dermal remodelling all at once. Combined, the CO2 laser and Radiofrequency Microneedling, bring together two of the most effective, breakthrough treatment options for performing deep dermal rejuvenation. How does it work?

In the past, patients had to address different skin concerns with different technologies and wait between treatments. Secret Pro gives our patients the opportunity to safely combine CO2 laser with Radio frequency micro needling in one treatment, giving your skins layers it’s chance at restoring a youthful, even and smooth complexion.

The micro needling aspect of this treatment applies micro wounds to the skin, triggering the immune system to disinfect these wounds, remove debris and increase blood flow to the area resulting higher quality collagen and elastin, helping to improve the overall appearance of the skin.

CO2 laser is then performed, if so advised by our doctors. This part of the treatment involves emitting a precise pulse of energy to the area being treated, working to remove the outer layer of the skin layer which is responsible for showing pigmentation, scarring, fine lines and wrinkles.

What can I expect from this treatment?

Clients who come into our Dublin clinic for Secret Pro usually come for 2-3 hours. Treatment time is approximately one hour with additional time given to managing pain relief if required.

What is the downtime?

Redness of the skin is a common side effect of this treatment and can last between five and seven days following Secret Pro. During this time, most patients will want to rest at home.  Clients are sent home with clear aftercare instructions and products to manage their skin healing and we review each patient after 2 weeks following their treatment.

How quickly will I see results?

The benefits and real effects of Secret Pro are best observed from 4 weeks post treatment with some clients opting for another treatment a few months later depending on their skin concerns.
